I had a phone call with a recruiter several months ago (sorry that I don't recall more of the job specific questions). I don't recall much, but even if I had gone further with the interviews, I felt so disrespected. The recruiter tried to ask about why I didn't seem to hold down a job/work at a place long. He must not have paid attention to any of the dates, or he might have realized that 1) I'm young, and not that far out of college, 2) I've moved a few times over the past couple of years, far enough that I couldn't keep my in-person job, 3) Several of those jobs were worked at the same time, or I moved into a new position at the same company. Despite the clarification when asked, he still treated me like his mind was already made up when he called, and claimed that they had a lot of more qualified individuals. Funnily enough, despite not hearing back, that job posting was up at least a month or more after that phone call interview.
