A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and invited me to apply. I was then asked to complete an assessment, which took about an hour and I submitted the next day. After that, I did not receive any further communication. I followed up with the recruiter on LinkedIn but never received a response. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.
