They dont tell how long will the test will take. First they give you papers and when you are about to finish they give you more papers and 2 hours for same questions. Pathetic

The hiring process is a huge sham and a complete show off! They try so hard to portray themselves as one of the most respected company when in reality the LONG INTERVIEW PROCESS doesn't mean anything. They will screw you over multiple times and fall as low as possible to trick you into working with them. The CEO thinks he is the only guy in this world who is running a software company and asks all sorta irrelevant questions about your moral and ethics. They would stoop really low and play all sorta tricks to hire you at a minimum wage, and I am SERIOUS about this. All they need is an employee who can work like a dog for salary as low as 10k! From the beginning they will ask all the irrelevant questions to your profile and then in the end evaluate you saying you don't have enough expertise for the job/role. The most funniest part about the interview was, they were expecting to hire BE+MBA+work exp candidates as Business Analyst for 10k per month, I think it was the most hilarious moment when HR discussed the package with me. They insisted I complete a whopping 21K course before getting hired and did not disclose my package until I started the course. When I was halfway through the course they disclosed my salary as 10k, whom are you kidding AGS? I ended up losing money from my own pocket, AGS is a cheater and huge scamster in the name of an employer. I will never ever forgive for what they done to me and I will make sure they pay for this as well. After this experience I am pretty sure that all the positive reviews has been posted by the company management to lure in candidates for interview.
