I had the interview with HR, she is based in the Philippines, then qualified for the next round with Senior Sales Manager (Regional Manager) face to face meeting because she accidentally was in HCMC. The interview went well, she asked many questions to deep dive my experience in this industry and I answered smoothly by solid experience. Then, HR hold her response for 1 month even though I texted, contacted her so many times on chat. One day, she replied to me that was not her intention to hold my process. Then she offered to move forward my profile to CMO who has decided my case. One week later, she came back with rejecting my profile. Haha, that was unprofessional.
