Short and sweet. They care about research experience and teaching experience. They asked me about my teaching background, my availability over the summer and what research project I am currently working on.

First stage - phone interview Second stage - one-on-one with Executive Director Third stage - prepare a presentation on what you would do in the first year on the job. Presented to the full staff followed by an interview. I was then ghosted by the organization and the next time I heard from them it was a donation request. I put a lot of energy into the process and it was heartbreaking.
