Interview went well but the feedback was a mismatch i believe. Questions posted and the feedback i received was not aligned. Probably a different candidate. Apart from that, it was a mix of situational, technical and ability questions

They lack expertise in managing both salary negotiations and setting clear expectations for candidates. Regrettably, they tend to withdraw the job posting after selecting and finalizing a candidate during these discussions. Cannot keep an assurance on HR.
