Applied online with resume. Got scheduled for a phone interview. Interview process was pretty straightforward. Phone interview then in-person. Small office. Met with a couple people and questions were mostly about engineering qualifications.

Entrevista
It was a tough interview. They grilled you about all the classes you've taken in your collegiate career and it seemed like they wanted you to make a mistake during the interview. I had trouble seeing if I was fit in this company because I didn't feel like they cared or valued my work ethic and just cared about getting the job done.
