Entrevista
First- Skype call (very easy)
Second- Another Skype Call with Managers (just need to be a dreamer)
Then hiring process which doesn't really take long because Aiesec visa is valid in most of countries of the world.

Entrevista
They are just asking about our passions dreams etc.
It wasn't very difficult I can say.
Try to talk too much and make yourself look extremely social and friendly person.
I personally haven't really went so hard on it, my purpose to apply for it was that I wanted to get the experience, so just tried to be honest and they already liked it. They really care about your energy in life.
