The interview process was not too hard. I applied in March of 2016 by submitting my resume and cover letter and heard back 2 weeks later. There was no preliminary interview with HR. If you are selected you will have 3 on sight interviews for the location you selected. All interviews were behavioral, lasted 30 minutes, and were with a manager from different divisions. I was studying abroad at the time so I could not interview on sight, so they were really accommodating and allowed me to interview over the phone.
