I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a call with a product manager. Had a pleasant call with product manager a few days later where we spoke mostly about my skillset and background, and after that, I received an invitation to an in-person interview. The interview was very laid back, spoke with 3 different people (2 product managers and the head of unit) and focused primarily on the needs for that particular department to start implementing design into their products right away, and how I would tackle some of the solutions needed. That same day, we scheduled a second interview for the following week; a video call with head of that unit, the head of design, and 2 other product managers to do a review of some of the work on my portfolio.
