Needed to fill static data forms that are addressed already in CV
Need to fill salary expectations, otherwise no pass
2-3 weeks later, an in-house recruiter call from their hub in UK for screening.
After that he needed to get back to hiring manager for face2face meeting dates, took again a couple of days.
The meeting was in their Dublin/Irish HQ . Meet with the VP for FP&A and another analyst.
The VP seemed very bored and therefore hardly engaged.
Turned out that the FP&A team consists of 6 people, so the later progression is very limited.
During the interview I was told the job is just about data entry/ liaising with IT than actual finance/accounting.
I was told that the position needed to be filled really fast, however, the recruitment process was very lengthy.
Recruiter wanted to get back to me 3-4 days after the interview. Sent two reminders, but nothing. Only after I told them that I lost interest after all, I got a call that I was overqualified and they found somebody cheaper.
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Why do you want to work for AIG? Why are you interested in this specific job you are applying for?
Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
