Applied online through school job search website. Invited to open house with high ranking actuaries across the country and across different insurance lines. Was invited to an onsite interview with other potential candidates where we first spoke with younger employees who answered questions we had about AIG. Later we were taken back for 3 one on one interviews then concluded the day. Received an offer about 3 weeks later and accepted/

What is an ethical dilemma you faced, and how did you overcome it.

Entrevista
Straightforward, but difficult. It was amazing. Just expect some tough questions, and expect that the panel will not be so lenient with you. Prepare well, be strong, and the job might be yours
There was an initial video interview for 1st round. Then a 1 hour 30 minute interview with 3 actuaries where they asked questions relating to your prior experiences. Mainly behavior questions. They want to know how you respond to challenges and they also want to know how you explain projects and tasks you have worked on.
The interview with AIG for the actuarial summer internship was smooth and well organized, with mostly behavioral questions. The interviewers I met were welcoming, professional, and interested in my background.
