Phone interview with basic "tell me about yourself" questions, a lot of service based questions and "how would you handle: etc..the initial phone interview lasted 45 mins or so and the in-person interview was with the hiring manager, the direct supervisor and a team leader. No one seemed too enthusiastic to be interviewing and later when I became an employee about working there either.
