You go through a phone interview first, then you go to a half day of interviews. I have heard this is different for some people but, they usually do a panel from multiple different lines and then each one pick there #1 candidate.

They asked about how you handle adversity in group projects. This is a common thing, that each interview even the phone interview will ask.

It was an asynchronous online interview. The questions were fairly typical, I had the interview, which I am assuming to be the first round, in late January, and have not heard back yet.

Entrevista
Initial hireview , followed by Virtural interview with hiring manager and then an in person interview. The initial interviews are only a few days apart from each other so there is not much time to prepare
Il colloquio sì svolge in più step. Prima con HR e poi con manager. In totale circa 4 step di selezione. Clima sereno e disteso. Testano le tue capacità e la tua intraprendenza. Il colloquio non è tecnico.
