Lengthy and tedious. Vague questions are being asked. Interviewer not well versed with the subject matter. Interview response takes aa long time. The interview process is opaque, to say the least

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa AIG (Frankfurt am Main).

Der Ablauf verlief chronologisch. Man musste sich erstmal vorstellen und danach wurde die Stelle erklaert. Anschliessend gab es mehrere Fragen fuer den Bereich Haftpflicht. Zum Schluss konnte man Fragen stellen und diese wurden auch beantwortet.

Was faellt under Haftplicht und nenne uebliche Faelle
3 interviews: HR, direct manager and country manager. Very fluent process. I was able to meet a junior from the team. Overall, it was rather easy, no technical questions as ut was a junior role.
In person interviews - 1 one-on-one with hiring manager followed by a group interview. Office is nice and they were very nice throughout the interview. Communicated through email and had very timely responses
