Initial phone screen by Talent Acquisition. Met with hiring manager and HR colleague. Efficient - well organized - behavioral interviewing format. I was a rehire so familiar with client and infrastructure. Applied for the interview experience. Downsizing and expense management themes at interview. AIG has not changed under Peter Hancock's leadership. Same circus - different clowns.

Took way too long to hear back. Recruiter not able to elaborate on culture. Asked if I can work for difficult boss. Not too clear on salary growth or boss efficiency
