Applied to Account Executive role because I had no idea what an MTAR was. They responded saying I had a good background for recruiting and took it from there.
Quick phone call with the Director of recruiting, then they bring you in for a long loop with a few senior members of the team and a couple people from management. Nothing super intensive. They ask a lot of open ended questions and want to find out more about you as a person as well as a little about your work history. They honestly don’t care about your background, they look for good communication and personality fits.
Don’t wear a suit to the interview. They will laugh about it after you leave.
