Hello, this is Mike Rowse, Managing Partner for Denver. I was personally disappointed to hear that your time spent meeting with us did not create the value we intended. We are not strictly a staffing agency that matches resumes to job listings from clients. Anyone joining our consulting agency works as an AIM consultant, representing our company to our clients, so it is essential that we meet with candidates personally to ascertain a fit to our organization. Because of the close relationships we build mutually with our client partners and technology professionals, many of our opportunities are filled before job posts can even be written, so what you see on our website is only a representation of what is available. Our process is to build relationships with the best technology talent so that when the right opportunity emerges, we can get you set up immediately for an interview. We have found that building long-term relationships takes time and the best place to start is by taking the time to personally meet with those we partner with. The intent of this initial meeting is to get to know you as a person, understand what you are looking for, and familiarize you with our process so we can determine if we can help each other. It may be that our process was not adequately explained to you, or perhaps there was not a mutual fit.
