Absolute worst place to interview. The recruiter just try to extend the process as much as possible. Eventually when we got to offer, he reduced the offer and then he delayed yet again to get me the written offer. Said they don't have headcount. Don't interview here. Its a waste of time.

Der Bewerbungsprozess wirft ein amateurhaftes Bild auf die Firma. Durch folgende Punkte kann dies verbessert werden:
- Vor dem Rekrutierungsprozess, darüber im Klaren sein ob die freie Stelle überhaupt besetzt werden soll.
- Ein Professionellerer Rekrutierungsprozess: Schnellerer Bewerbungsablauf (in meinem Fall hat es mehr als 3 Monate gedauert) und Respekt vor der Zeit des Bewerbers.

There was a phone call and an architect guy. He asked to implement some function using collab edit web site, there he saw the coding process. The whole phone interview took 30 minutes. After the coding task we talked about project and future responsibilities.
