The talent acquisition consultant left a voice mail and I called her the next day to schedule a mutually available date and time for phone interview instead she pushes me to have the phone interview right then and now telling me that she can only do this afternoon saying that the hiring manager are closing out on candidates and will not be possible for me to be considered after the day. I told her okay then sure I will schedule at 3:00pm in the afternoon even though I was given no opportunity to prepare. Next thing I know she sends me an email saying sorry, the hiring managers no longer are no longer looking for any other candidates. At least she can personally call me to apologize, I didn't even get an interview. Very unprofessional, and this reflects and present a very negative impression for me on the company. I do not think I would want to reapply there for any position.
