Interview was pretty easy, and the interviewer was very chill and easy to talk to. We spent most of the time discussing their two-year program offered after graduation and whether I’d be interested in joining it. I said I was open to it but not fully committed, and I think that uncertainty ultimately led to me being declined.

Interview had three rounds; recruiter phone interview, station manager interview, and operations director interview. Each one was a behavorial to gauge your skills and to see if you are fit for the company.
