We walked around the corner for coffee while having an introductory discussion. I spoke on my educational background, and my passion for tutoring. They offered me coffee and a snack! We then returned to their office to complete the interview. It was simple, friendly, and very welcoming.

Why did you start tutoring (I had experience when I applied)?
Just a few questions asking your past experience. Easy and chill. In person. They have many offices in the Bay Area. I came to one of them. After this, they will send you an email to schedule the exams.

I had a very pleasant conversation with one of the directors and did a take-home, closed note assessment. This was a 1-hour Zoom meeting and it was the only interview I was required to do.

Applied online, got a quick phone call (~15 min). Scheduled a meeting with a manager, had a ~30 minute interview, fairly straightforward with a few questions about what I would do in certain scenarios.
