When you submit your application, the owner calls you in a short amount of time for an impromptu phone interview and asks simple questions; it only took 10 minutes for me. Once this is done, you do an in-person interview that takes 30 minutes at most, and is mostly just related to team fit and expectations. After this, you schedule assessments for the subjects you want to teach and are not expected to know everything, as they pair you with a senior mentor to fill in those gaps. It's a solid part time gig and everyone there is friendly.
