First stage you get sent a behavioural assessment. A couple of days later I was asked to attend a teams interview which was straightforward and a conversation with the head of and team leader for the department. They where very thorough and clear about the job description (although I did feel the online job description lacked some important information. After this I heard exactly on the day they had said I would to attend an onsite interview. This turned out to be simply a case we would like to hire you. This can be different as sometimes they will do second full interview. I was shown around the building and the gym/ canteen. Everything was very swift. This was my second application to AJW and I felt both times everyone was very professional and friendly in talking to candidates making them feel comfortable and at ease. I think if AJW don’t offer the first time don’t get disheartened, ask for feedback and try again.
