almost a month after applying for hte job, i was shortlisted and got called for the sonru online interview. it had around 10 questions and i had to provide video recorded response

Questions about safeguarding , RBM approach, monitoring plan esp in the given project context , partnership management esp addressing capacity related gaps
First round interview, with director and a manager, followed by a written exercise. If shortlisted followed up with two further interviews. Firstly with the head of programmes and HR and subsequently with the CEO.
