I have had 1 interview with the recruiter. Even though their range was quite outside mine (and way below market standards for the role), I was promised that they would check in with the hiring manager, so see if they can come at least midway, but they have been neglecting to follow up (aka ghosting). In the same interview, the recruiter seemed to be aware of the salaries my current employer is offering, and proceeded to complain that it would also be great if they had the same level of pay. I found it quite unprofessional and off-putting. The role and company still seem interesting to me, but the treatment towards the candidates is not good.

Entrevista
I interviewed with AKQA Berlin for a Senior PM role and had a really smooth experience overall. The process included two rounds — an intro call with the recruiter, followed by a 1:1 with a senior team member. Both conversations were professional, kind, and gave me space to speak openly about my experience.
Although I wasn’t selected in the end, they shared thoughtful feedback and mentioned staying in touch for freelance or more hybrid roles, which I appreciated.
If you're interviewing for a similar role, I’d suggest being clear about how you manage creative workflows and timelines, and how you work across teams. I felt heard and respected throughout — which isn’t always a given in this industry.

Was contacted by a recruiter online, then had a quick phone interview with them before being invited to their office. Had a total of 2 interviews there with different people. Heard back from them fairly quickly.
