Applied through LinkedIn, a recruiter asked for my availability and they didn't get back to me until after those days passed. We had to reschedule our interview since I had another one lined up (they didn't know this) and in the email, it stated phone interview, but had a Teams link. Which is it?! I wrote and asked for clarification to which I was told it was whichever I preferred. I showed up on time for the Teams interview with no word from the recruiter. I left and sent an email saying thanks but no thanks then get a phone call apologizing and asking if I'm still available. I gave the benefit of the doubt, which I should not have. It was a complete waste of my time and theirs only to receive an email over a week later saying, "We have decided to move ahead with another candidates."
