Entrevista
Three rounds:
1. Phone interview with Sarah, one of the partners' wife.
2. Paper-based test, 3 different types. Speed math, sequence/logic and basic financial knowledge (more news than theory).
3. In person immediately after test if you passed. Basic questions typical in trading interviews. Background, about resume, financial markets knowledge, maybe derivatives questions if you claim to have knowledge of it.

Just derivatives questions in general. Not expect to know everything, but they'll try to push as far as they can, so don't be nervous
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
