I arrived 10 minutes before the interview, briefly talked to another girl who arrived early too. There was already another interview session happening while we were waiting. There were 7 of us and we had to go around the circle to introduce ourselves, they asked why choose Aldi and what makes them different to Woolworths and Coles, and what skills make a good Aldi employee. Then we were given the opportunity to ask questions at the end. Important to ask questions like what's the process after (how long when you will be contacted about the job). It's important to do your research on the background and history of Aldi because you're able to answer questions confidently. And know what times they open and close in your area. That was another question asked. But overall very positive experience, friendly interviewer. Waiting to hear back

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage
