It was a group interview with about 20 people in my round. The Area manager took us to various parts of the store and asked questions regarding the company. Then we went to the back area of the store and filled a piece of paper stating availability.

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

You'll just have to do a short video interview with one practical question and three interview questions. Each questions is 60seconds with 90seconds for breaks. So good luck. Make sure your microphone is working. Good luck 👍
