I visited them at my university's career event where I gave them my resume. About 3 weeks to 1 month later, they told me I got an interview. They have an invitational night the night before the interview where they tell you all about the company and what the internship is like. The next morning, my interview lasted about 30 minutes which had a few getting to know me questions, and then 3 or so typical behavioral interview questions. About 1 week later, I was invited to attend a divisional day interview where they tour you around a store and the warehouse on site. I had 3 interviews with 3 different VPs. Each interview differed depending on the person, but each was really into diving in to what qualities you have and why you want the internship. You also have to write 2 short essays. My essay prompts were: 1. why do you want to be a district manager and 2. what qualities do you possess that would make you a great district manager. They told me I got the internship 2 days later.
