First round interview was simple, just asked questions about my resume. Second round in office interview was really draining. There was a full day at the office with about 6 interviews in 2 hours. Most of these interviews were concerned with why you wanted to work at ALDI, what experience you had etc.. They take you around to stores and around the warehouses where you can ask lots of questions.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.
