Group interview of about 10-12 people, We met with the area manager, Surprisingly was a pretty great guy. He walked us around the store telling us why Aldi is different and ask questions relating to different sections of the store. This was probably the least nerve racking group interview i have been to so far. No group games and no speeches about yourself, which was a sigh of relief. Some of the people didn't dress the part so i highly suggest smart attire (Dress shirt, Dress Pants and a nice pair of shiny shoes) please don't check your phone or come in trackies and thongs and some did. MAKE SURE to make a point of yourself. Ask questions and get yourself remembered. If you don't ask question then you didn't stand out. Always Greet and Say Goodbye. Won't be receiving update about 2nd interview for 3 days.
