Started with information session followed by one-on-one interviews with a district manager which were very informal and lacked behavorial questions. Second round consisted of touring stores, warehouses, and sessions with district management as well as two one-on-one interviews.

First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
