Don't waste your time. Basically Aldi are personality profiling from the moment you apply. All the stages you go through are profiling you and it's the same with the group interview. Those who interview observe everything you do and say. They then upload those observations to a computer and whatever "type" they are looking for that is who will get through. It doesn't take into consideration your experience, your knowledge or you as a person. It's all about which box you fit into and is that what they are looking for. My advice, don't bother researching too much into these interview reviews. The presentation topics have now all changed. And don't worry going into it. Just be yourself. It's a flawed system in my opinion and you just got to hope your face fits. The interviewers show little to no humanity. It is a cold, structured interview that you feel they have done a thousand times and just want to get it over with. I wasted a lot of time going through this process and like many on here feel, Aldi doesn't care about your experience and what you can bring. You could be as green as grass straight out of university. If you have 0 people management or area management skills but you fit the personality criteria you are in the club. Don't bother prepping for this interview too much. You won't need much knowledge of Aldi because you literally don't have the time or opportunity to present what you know. You have 3 minutes. Just take a few examples in with you. Keep your responses short and to the point.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
