Very positive experience. Hard but straightforward. Several online stages followed by video competency interview and then a final interview with Regional Manager. You definitely have to know about the company and why you want to work for them. It can't be for random reasons. Think about why you are right and why they are right for you.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
