Very comfortable. Nice management employees in charge of hiring. Very straight forward.
First: Hiring event, about 100 people submitted resumes at a local hotel.
Second: Phone call/ 1:1 interview. Explained I didn't quite have enough management experience. Offered me a $12/hour position as cashier with a promise of upward mobility.

Entrevista
They want you to stand in front of a mirror so that they can evaluate you before the interview. Then you are asked a series of questions about what you think the position is by the district manager. Afterwards a store manager takes you around the store and is especially interested in your reaction to being in the freezer.

Easy application. Waiting to hear back for a possible interview. Excited for the opportunity. Seems like a good place to work with good pay, benefits, and a culture. Seems like room for advancement as well.
