Good, not too busy and pressurised overall. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dont worry and give it your best as it is a great job and Im sure you'll ace it. Asked the usual questions, such as to give an example of when I worked well in a team, etc.

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.
