I had a thirty to forty min. Interview with the district manager. She was very direct in telling me that if I didnt hear back from her with in a week I was not being considered for the job. I heard back and my second interview was with the store manager of the store I would be working at. Then the third interview
was again with the district manager and I wsd offered the job.

The interview process was easy. We did a tour around the store and then we each did five minute interviews. It was very simple and quick, would highly recommend applying to aldi

Placed a paper application and resume at the store with the manager. Got a call a few days later from the district manager for interview. Called in for first interview and asked normal questions. District manager gives the interview at the store.

Entrevista
First interview was quick and brief, very friendly. Second interview was more of a one on one and I loved the DM. Third interview went okay but way more serious. Last interview was just signing paperwork and going to take the drug test. Have orientation tomorrow so let's see how that goes..
