The interview process was for a group interview however we were called one by one. I was the first to go and I can say the interview went well. I felt the focus was moreso on your availability rather than skills, and experience

Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
