Asked why I want to work for Aldi, and then just asked about my life and questioned certain elements to understand personality and work ethic. Asked about hobbies, previous employment, academic results and family life. Be careful with your answers, as the interview managed to twist anything I said to question my work ethic, which eventually lost me the placement.
