The interview process was very lengthy. It took a little over a month just to find out if I had the job or not, so if you're looking for a job quickly then this might not be a good one. There were 3 interviews. The first one was with the district manager, second was with the store manager, and third was with the district manager again. I applied for a different store than the interviews were held so you might need to drive further because its not always where you apply. At the interview they asked if I would be willing to work 30 minutes away from me (when theres two Aldi's about 5-10 minutes away from where I live) and I said I would not turn it down only if I could transfer eventually. I've worked at the further one for about 6 months now and every time I ask to transfer they say to wait longer.

I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
