Professional, friendly yet probing. Went through a recruiter, then had a phone screening call, then invited in for an interview, met the MD, then met some of the team, then had to provide certifications and then had all my reference checks, etc. Letter of offer subject to all coming out clear.

It was more about me, what was important to me, how they would get the best from me, an outline of what I'd done in the past that was relevant. They seemed more interested in my fit as a person and there were a few behavioural questions too.

Very well structured, with initial selection process done online and via conference call. Initial HR consultant was very thorough in her questioning and extremely helpful in making me feel at ease :)

Was asked questions to prove I knew what I was talking about.
Talked about hobbies outside of work.
Discussed the position and what responsibilities I would have.
Friendly and easy going made it a simple choice when I was offered the position
