First part conducted by the Senior Product Developer and the Senior Software Developer. This was a very general set of questions to determine what I knew. No difficult questions. There were a a couple of programming exercises and I would advise you to just hack out something that works and do not try to make it robust or efficient as the extra time that takes will be counted against you. I suspect this time over quality requirement may be a product of the general criticism from current and past employees that there is too little time to do all the work required. The second part of the interview was a face-to-face with the Chief Commercial Officer. This was a general "get to know you talk" and had nothing technical. All the interviewers were very friendly and there was no attempts to stress or pressure me.
