I've applied for this fully remote position as the ad stated. Got invited for a 30 min phone interview. It was postponed 3 times and the third time when I finally got a call I was just told that they're looking for someone who lives in a certain city so they would know the slang. My experience closely matched the role so I was in absolute shock that this matters more. I also don't understand why did they bother contacting me, my cv clearly states where I live. Very, very disappointed as I had really high hopes about the organisation.
