The interview itself was fine. The hiring manager asked about skillset and career background questions while the HR asked about your career aspirations etc. The hiring manager also explained about the scope of work and the expectation for this role. Was told to wait for 1-2 weeks and sent follow ups to the HR during the period. However, the HR blueticked twice consecutively and never cared to reply at all. Respectfully, would appreciate for at least a reply even if it’s a ‘no’. The candidates took leave, spent time and effort to attend the interview. Understand he would have numerous candidates to update , but this can be a basic and minimum respect to the people who took this interview seriously. I believe the candidates deserved a better and fair treatment, thank you.
