      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ALTEN em dez. de 2025

      Entrevista

      This was my first ever time speaking with Alten. A recruiter on their team Zach did an interview with me over a requirements engineer position. He stated I was a strong fit, needed to wait a couple days for next steps. He likely immediately put me on a "your not qualified" auto rejection list which ran on christmas eve. Zach at this point blew past his own self imposed deadlines for giving me feedback. Tried with emails, phone calls, did leave him a voicemail The email in question I did receive stated me ( a 15 year expert in this subject) was not qualified to work with Alten. They "found" someone better. Again.... 15 years. I am not a college grad I contacted Alten itself to learn if this is how they operate normally with first contacts on all of their recruiting efforts, I was told "no" but the North Carolina office may work differently. I was also told Zach's actions werent apropriate in my attempts to learn what happened during this. Zach also is now suddenly back in the office and isnt apologizing for his actions or attempting to repair the companies reputation. So either Zach lied to my face, some other guy in the chain said "no" after him but he chose to let the dnr domain handle it, or Altens auto reject emails are designed to insult everyone that gets put on the list. Its probably a mix of all and Alten NC office is under the misguided belief that its "ok" to be abusive like this at Christmas when everyone has already lost their jobs this year. They are under the impression theres always more fish in the sea and their own reputation and word of mouth will never matter. They live in a world where they *need* to differentiate themselves from the other bad recruiting firms and they *chose* to be indifferent like the rest of them are every day. I sincerely hope the sections of Alten that already admitted Zach screwed up are trying to do something to rectify this mistake and werent just giving out lip service. Time will tell
