Entrevista
Process started in September, 2012: during 3 months, realized 5 interviews (1 by phone, 2 in-person with HR, 2 i-p with Technical stuff).
HR interviews are easy, did not present any psychological, or language, or technical, or inter-relational test; just cross-checking your career/salary information.
Technical interviews were absolutely flat (even here, no tests) and challenge-free: meet 1 very expert and interesting individual, 1 absolutely pedantic and inexperienced.
Sad to say, the process had not a formal end: they sent an email saying they were interested, but they were oriented to wait for better times (I intended it like a "no thanks").
Company is growing, seems to have potential, but also shows very doubtful processes and very low care about people.

As they based the compensation in: fixed + variable splits, proposed to lower the current monthly salary in lieu of a bigger bonus (from 0% to xx%); although the total amount can be greater (on annual bases), this was a very unpleasing request. For me, variable can mean null, if the company goes bad, despite everything good you can do, or worst, every amazing anecdote the interviewer could tell you...

J'ai passé un entretien avec ALTEN Belgium. J'ai été contacté suite à ma candidature pour un premier échange téléphonique avec la responsable RH, puis un deuxième entretien en Visio avec la même responsable, ensuite un entretien Visio en anglais avec deux manager (technique et RH)

Il faut bien faire des recherche sur la société pour comprendre leur domaine et valeurs. Il posent des questions sur la personnalité et les motivations pour le poste. Il peut y avoir également un mise en situation (appel de prospection avec un prospect pour décrocher une visite)

Entrevista
Une qualification téléphonique puis un entretien assez poussé avec la recruteuse. Simulation / sketch de ventes dans le cadre d'un rdv avec l'un des clients fictifs pour tester sens commercial, prise d'information, et potentiels de recrutements pour Alten. Puis entretien avec le futur manager direct, ça depend probablement desquels mais celui que j'ai rencontré essayait de mettre en difficulté pour tester ma ténacité et ma capacite de rebond. Puis entretien avec directeur de Business Unit.

Very spontaneous conversation and constructive conversation with clear expectations for the interview as well as for the job.
However, finding out more about the job, I had the feeling the position was promoted better than what it is. More concretely, the nice aspects were emphasized and the negative aspects were either minimized or not mentioned
