I did 4 interviews, one with my future italian business manager, one with the final client, one with a french business manager and the last one with the italian CEO. Very polite managers asked me about my experience and my expectations in the new role. From client managers I asked to tell about projects where I involved in the past, but no technical question to test my knowledge.

First round is with Business manager. It was easy
Second round with technical team. Explained previous projects and some technical questions.
Third round with department head.

Entrevista
I was contacted by the recruiter and had 1st round of interview with the Manager regarding my experience and expectation . After that I had to give an online technical test and a technical interview of 1 hour . Interview process was easy and I was offered a position . Main problem came when I paid for my visa application and my visa got rejected . I was supposed to be reimbursed for the amount I spent but all of a sudden everyone stopped responding when I try to contact them . Seriously I am disappointed at how the company behaved after my visa got rejected specially when the reason was something in their own contract .

Entrevista
Premier contact pour présenter son parcours et remplir le long dossier de compétences, en gros s'inscrire sur le système afin qu'ils puissent vous vendre. Après viennent les offres qui ne sont quasiment pas en adaptation avec le profil et/ou parcours, ils offrent plus les trous à combler, et après une présentation très synthétique de la mission (parfois la personne qui présente ne sait même pas les objectifs de la mission), ils font une proposition salariale qui est très basse par rapport au marché.
