Relaxed and Straight-foward. There is a genuine effort to see if your career interests aligns with available projects. The interviewer was able to give insight as to the technologies used in current projects to get an accurate idea of the role and what it would entail.

Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento
